SOCIAL MEDIA/M100 BEHAVIOR AND CULTURE - It has come to my attention that an inappropriate social media post has been circulating among band students. I want to remind everyone, students and adults alike, that it is incredibly important to be smart about what you post on social media, especially when it involves the M100 in any capacity. Anyone can screenshot and keep anything that is posted, even after it is taken down. Also, I have received multiple reports of a handful of students who have been disrespectful to each other, adults and other band organizations over the course of the past few days. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and we will be discussing disciplinary action in class this week. We have the ability to be a phenomenal organization and it is moments like this that will hold us back. We can be better, and we MUST do better.
